This tea blend is carefully crafted with all organic plants. It is made with Lemon balm, chamomile, passionflower, milky oats, spearmint and rosehips. One of my favorite teas to end the day with.  Nothing better than a hot cup of relaxing tea to settle down with. It is great any time of day especially if you are feeling stressed or anxious.
